For the past ten years Grace has been dividing her time between her home in New York City and in Sun Valley. She is a member of the Wood River Women’s Foundation where she served on its Grants Committee for years, was a Board member of the Argyros during its first few years, and is on the Advisory Board of the Sun Valley Playwrights Residency.

 

Grace had a 30 year career as a consultant and development professional for a multitude of not - for- profit organizations in NYC and abroad. Among these were literary and performing arts organizations such as the New York Public Library, The London Symphony Orchestra, American Ballet Theatre, Circle Repertory Theatre, the National Theatre of the Deaf and the Shakespeare Society ( now a part of the Public Theatre). Since retiring 17 years ago,  Grace volunteers as a gallery guide at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, and at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in its canine cares program with her dog, Freddy. when in NYC. 

 

Prior to her work in development, Grace attended NYU graduate school in its Theatre Arts program and was an actor, mime and middle-school  theatre/English teacher.   Since moving part-time to Sun Valley, Grace and her partner, John Bailey, have delighted in the many opportunities to see first-rate theatre, music and dance in the Valley. Since discovering The Spot, they have became enthusiastic audience members and supporters of “fearless theatre” and The Spot’s educational programs for young people.
